[**EG CheckWare**](https://www.checkware.no/) tilbyr digitale løsninger for helse- og omsorgstjenester, som gjør det mulig å administrere og følge opp pasienter ved hjelp av digital egenmonitorering, selvrapportering og behandlingsverktøy.

## Åpne CheckWare

1. Søk etter pasienten i søkefeltet. &#x20;
2. Hold musepekeren over **oppslagsikonet** ![](/files/PxjABPzeOiILaulxXwIk) og velg **CheckWare**.  &#x20;
3. CheckWare åpnes i en ny fane.  &#x20;
4. Logg inn med brukernavn og passord.  &#x20;

Følgende må være registrert i EG Pasientsky for å kunne åpne pasienten i CheckWare:&#x20;

* Fornavn og etternavn&#x20;
* Fullt fødsels - eller d-nummer&#x20;
* Kjønn&#x20;
* E-post&#x20;
* Mobilnummer&#x20;

Dersom noe av dette mangler, blir du varslet og må åpne pasientkortet for å oppdatere ([se eksempel](https://files.gitbook.com/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-LDDghnVKaCwTnNapAII-887967055%2Fuploads%2Fzmb19bFoHZJXtBe0kjjy%2FVarsling%20for%20manglende%20info.gif?alt=media\&token=6b4d2842-c574-4d3d-a470-6ee1b804a71f)). Pasientopplysninger synkroniseres automatisk når pasienten åpnes i CheckWare. &#x20;

## Mottatte rapporter&#x20;

**Rapporter og kartlegginger** fra CheckWare lagres automatisk som PDF-filer i pasientens journal som en journalhendelse. Klikk for å åpne. Se eksempel nedenfor.&#x20;
